Following the death of an immigrant on his watch, US border patrol officer Angel Waters (Roberto Urbina) decides to help his colleagues Salomé (Julieth Restrepo) and Ray (McCaul Lombardi) bury the body in an unmarked grave. After Internal Affairs agents show up looking for answers, Angel must decide whether to tell the truth or stick to their story, but as the mysterious man shows up in various settings seemingly still alive, has Angel's concept of reality started to blur?
