The Last Judgement

When paramedic Leah Bennett responds to a reported death on the outskirts of Westwood, she discovers a scene that will reach far beyond her ambulance. Municipal Judge Henry Caldwell has been shot, and someone has left his body near a secluded tree line.

For police officer Grant Whitaker, Leah's longtime boyfriend, the investigation begins with a troubling question: Who wanted the judge dead? As surveillance footage, witness accounts, and physical evidence reveal Caldwell's final movements, each discovery raises new questions about the people around him.

While Grant follows the evidence, Leah navigates the relentless demands of emergency medicine and the complications of sharing a life with someone working a murder investigation. In a town where information travels quickly, even an ordinary conversation can carry unexpected consequences.

As the investigation draws closer to home, both must confront how little they may know about the people they trust.

The Last Judgement introduces Leah Bennett and Grant Whitaker in a crime thriller blending a methodical murder investigation, the unpredictable realities of EMS, and a relationship tested by the demands of both professions.
