Sam Trencher is coming home. Six years ago, Rose 'Eddie' Alexander, the judge's son, framed him for drugs, and the police made him enlist. However, that didn't last. While Rose plots to get rid of Sam, again, Sam digs in to defeat the dirty cops, stop The Glow from spreading through town, and save Lori's life.
