This full-color book features games in small sided games for your team's weekly training sessions. It has been shown that this type of intermittent training method, featuring several short repetitions with recovery in between, is very useful in terms of learning, using time efficiently, and improving the physical, cognitive, technical, and tactical abilities of the players.
Varying the number of players, the dimensions of the field, the specific rules, and the duration of the activity, among other elements, will afford you many options when training the 57 activities developed throughout this book. Depending on your team's objectives, you can adapt these activities according to your game model and the opponent you will face in the next match.
"85% of a player's training session should be focused on 'micro' games, because if you are capable of resolving situations in very small interaction space, you will be able to dominate 'macro' actions when you have time and space".
