It is important to remember that the drugs, specially antibiotics, are crucial to meet the important objective of improving public health and this depends on the way of handling with the drugs before taken by the patient. Improper way of handling, during development, manufacturing, import, subsequent handling within the distribution chain and storage, will affect the quality of these drugs including chemical inequivalence and bio-inequivalence which are important causes of multi-drug resistance of antibiotic.
