Not Ashamed To Be Saved

NOT ASHAMED TO BE SAVED
We come to the world, live, die and go; and many people living today have no clue about what really happens after we leave this world, or why we came here. I used to live in darkness, and I was amazed to discover the new way of life, the true way of living indeed, when I surrendered my life to God and started to saturate my life with the word of God! The more I kept reading the word of God, the more the Lord revealed many things to me which increased my zeal toward the Kingdom of God and the Lord himself, and I have developed a personal relationship with the Lord ever since. I had spent my youth in the things of the earth such as alcohol and drunkenness, and sadly the cigarettes etc.

TRUE LIFE IS FOUND IN THE LORD THROUGH HIS WORD
Sure, I knew a little about the Lord, but I never gave God time to remain in his presence. Hence, I used to think that I knew the Lord; which is, unfortunately, how many unsaved people think. It is this experience that I want to share with the people who are still living in the world instead of living in the word of God for the sake of their eternal life. I remember well how we used to mock people who were born-again suggesting that they had lost their mind! Today, I wish I had lost my mind as they did, and I am faithfully following their footsteps; I will not let the Holy Spirit slip away from me, because now I understand well the meaning of being saved.

WAKING UP TO THE TRUE SELF
A wise man or woman surrenders to the Lord, and never confuses the richness of the world with righteousness. I always ask myself why do people have to go through tough times to get saved in most cases? The answer is because people tend to think that they do all the things on their own, and do not need God at all. This is how I used to think and feel as well, but one day, I came to realize that without God, I am nothing. I am sharing this with you so that if you haven't been saved, you better start to seek the Lord with all your Heart, Mind, and Power. If you are born-again, do not let your precious life slip away from you; endure till the end. Sure, the world will mock you and gossip about you, but be assured that blessed are those who are saved for they will enter the Kingdom of Heaven. Hallelujah♥
