This book is a work that was elaborated from the work, done in the course, of Civil Engineers Lara Borba Egídio and Nicole Borges Nascimento. The work was presented as a partial requirement for obtaining a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering at the Institute of Higher Education of Brasília (IESB). The guidance and editing of the publication was done by Professor Matheus Leoni Martins Nascimento. The work presented here seeks to raise awareness, albeit in an incipient way, about the importance of maintenance activities in buildings. This was done by presenting a literature review with the main topics related to maintenance, as well as by applying the case study presented. It is noted that the results obtained can be used as a form of improvement for construction companies, in view of the amount of data analysed, which shows the relevance of the research.
