The purpose of this book is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the behavior of power electronics, machines, and machine drives, as well as their applications. The book begins with the study of power electronics circuits and systems. Then, it presents their applications in the various types of configurations offered in lucid detail. This book is intended for college students, both in community colleges and universities. This book presents the relationship between power electronics and electrical machines. The major goal of the book is to present a concise introduction to power electronics and machine drives that can be covered in two semesters. 1) End-to-End MATLAB® Integration for Real-World Problem Solving Every concept in the book, from power converters to electric machines, is accompanied by step-by-step MATLAB® modeling, simulation scripts, and waveform analysis.
