Grammar Galaxy Blue Star: Mission Manual

Grammar Galaxy: Blue Star (Volume 5) is a complete language arts curriculum for elementary students (sixth graders or students who have completed Red Star or its equivalent).

Short, comical stories teach concepts in a memorable way. Students discover the havoc that ensues when the evil Gremlin tampers with the English language. Parallel structure is banned because of an accident. Bleak is namedthe mood and sarcastic is named the tone of the month for the galaxy. The Onomatopoeia Union is on strike, so these words aren't available.

The royal English children invite students to become fellow grammar guardians in order to save the galaxy from crises like these. After students or teachers read one of the mysteries from the separate text, guardians complete a corresponding mission with three short steps in this mission manual that reinforces the concepts.
