Good Morning, My Loves!

These messages of daily inspirations were given to me in early morning meditations at the Colder Ocean, which is my special name for the North Atlantic. They are intended to guide you through your days, providing you with courage, strength, wisdom, and a fresh approach to life. In these messages I hope you will find healing, light, and love. I hope you will see the benefit of walking humbly yet strongly on this earth, and the value in rethinking the ways that we live our lives and bring up our children.
In these messages you will find ways to strengthen your resolve, break out of unhealthy relationships, find pathways to fulfilling your dreams and goals, and how better to support and love our beautiful planet and all its inhabitants.
I have shared personal moments of my life here in my small village at the Colder Ocean, including my own challenges and how I overcame them by staying positive. You will also find many ideas of how to balance your body/mind/soul/ spirit connections, and how important it is to take as much time as you need to care for yourself and how valuable it is to overcome "Nature Deficit Disorder."
I have included several meditations throughout this book and I am confident when you do them you will see very positive results in your own lives. I have also referred to several books that I found to be very helpful. This book of daily inspirations can be one very useful tool in your spiritual toolbox to use to brighten your days and inspire you to create.
