Foundation Course in High-Performance Life Support/高效能生命支持基础课程

This book serves as the instructional text for the Foundation Course in High-Performance Life Support (Level 1). It focuses on improving the efficiency of resuscitation teams during the initial phase of cardiac arrest (CA). The book introduces two core components of the course:

High-Performance CPR (HP-CPR™) - analyzing six individual skills aimed at enhancing the quality of cardiopulmonary resuscitation.

Healthcare Provider Team Resource Management (HP-TRM™) - presenting basic and advanced emergency operation protocols for resuscitation teams with different staffing configurations, including two-person and three-person high-performance resuscitation team protocols for both basic and advanced life support.

This book helps healthcare professionals understand and master the operational principles and essence of HPLS®. When combined with hands-on training in the HPLS® course, it enables the translation of theory and techniques into practical skills applicable to real resuscitation scenarios, thereby effectively improving the quality of emergency care and optimizing patient survival rates and quality of life.
