Ferdinand is a lovable pufferfish with a loathsome problem: he is afraid of bubbles! Though they don't understand his irrational fear, his friends show their love by rallying around him to find a fix for his phobia. Together they test their wild ideas to help Ferdinand conquer his fear so he can join in the fun with everyone else. And one by one each solution flops.

But when his pal Seahorse is suddenly whisked away after being snagged by a fishing boat, Ferdinand is the only witness. Though this big-hearted blowfish wants to save his friend, there's one massive problem standing in the way: BUBBLES! What's a pufferfish to do?
