Our father was always The Most Interesting Man in the Room! This book is a collage of stories from his incredibly rich and varied life experiences. These true accounts span decades. Their locations span five continents and vary from a small southern Georgia town to the world's greatest cities.

Our dad was a husband, a father, the batting practice pitcher St. Louis Cardinals, then the Cardinals baseball minor league business manager, an entrepreneur/restauranteur, a radio personality, a game warden, a United States Secret Service agent on President Eisenhower's detail, an undercover agent United States Secret Service, the head of the US Foreign Protection Detail, an Omaha Public Safety Director, and the Douglas County Sheriff. The supporting cast of characters involved in these stories range from family, friends, multiple small-town-Georgia characters, several professional baseball players, Titans of Industry, a few celebrities, fellow US Secret Service agents, US Presidents, and foreign heads of state.
