The current means of meteorological parameters data collection are indeed rather limited and make use of some very expensive weather stations, leading to a lack of comprehensively monitoring due to cost constraints and inconveniences. In this paper we have proposed and developed a low cost hardware module based on micro-controller, which measures the meteorological data, including air temperature, atmospheric pressure, relative humidity, dew point temperature, wind speed and wind direction.
