Assessing the Needs is a work that is divided into four parts and will be treated as such. Part I: Assessing the Needs; Part II: The Gap Identification Summary; Part III: Issues of Privacy, Censorship, and Government Legislation and its Potential Impact on Collection Development; and Part IV: Annotations. Part IV comprises annotations reflecting materials in reference to the development of the collection in an academic setting.
