Apparently, I Own a House Now

Graham Martin has a plan for everything. Inheriting his father's house was not part of it.

At forty-two, Graham has a successful career, an amicable divorce, a perfectly functional condo, and absolutely no desire to renovate the deteriorating house his late father left behind.

His solution is obvious: make the necessary repairs, wait out the one-year restriction on the property, sell it, and move on.
