The poems in American Girlfriend were, for the most part, written in the order that they are published here as a poetic story. Mostly one page, free verse animals they, like me, are expressive and honest...lustful and fun...a bit dark...and certainly anything but politically correct. I am of the type who is casual when stranded. I have been breed bitter and passionate. I have grown loyal yet reclusive. I'm good and bad...I am pissed off and beautiful...I'm in love and resentful...I guess I have it all. American Girlfriend has it all too.
