Every day, approximately 22 veterans in the United States die by suicide. For Sergeant Eli Morgan, a decorated U.S. Army wheeled vehicle mechanic, that number was supposed to be his exit strategy. From fishing and a competitive fire-pit team building at the local VFW, to a sudden heart-stopping confrontation in a hometown diner, Eli begins to realize a profound truth: healing doesn't mean nothing ever breaks, it just means you finally have the confidence to run toward help instead of hiding in the smoke.
